Watchful Eyes Home Watch is your peace of mind when you are away from your home!
That’s where Watchful Eyes Home Watch comes in!
We will be your eyes and ears when you are away to ensure your home is cared for as if you were there. Our service provides periodic checks of the exterior and interior of your home using a customized checklist based on best practices established by the National Home Watch Association and your specific requirements. Upon completion of our check, you will receive an electronic report, identifying the time and location of the report creation, including pictures and comments of any problems or potential problems we identify.
Our inspections are based on the National Home Watch Association’s Home Watch definition “A visual inspection of a home or property looking for obvious issues.”
We are NOT property inspectors, property managers or house sitters. We fill a void left by all of these other services where our only concern is looking after your home. We don’t collect rent or stay in your house 24/7 while rummaging through your personal possessions.
As a Keyholder, we can provide opening and closing services to meet a contractor who is doing work on your home and stay while they complete the tasks.
